The Women's Work Lab publishes 2021 Impact Report
We are delighted to be able to share our second Women's Work Lab Impact Report for 2021.
For many reasons, 2021 felt like our first proper year of trading. Covid continued to cause havoc in many ways with social distancing measures and continuously forcing absences for isolations. However, we got through it and emerged stronger and with even more expertise on how best to support our Mums on their journeys back towards employment.
A thank you
We remain extremely grateful for the trust and support of Claire Lynch at Bath & North East Somerset Council, who secured funding from the DWP for us to launch and deliver three programmes to 45 women in 2021. We were also very proud to secure funding from Sovereign Housing, Quartet and a number of generous employer partners to deliver a programme in Bristol to 15 mums too.
Thank you to everyone that's supported us to create the space for ALL Mums - irrespective of their past - to recognise their brilliance and build a financially secure future for themselves and their children. No-one should ever feel excluded or forgotten in realising their potential and we will continue to do our best to bring this vision to life.
