As we reflect on 2023, it's clear that this year has been pivotal for us in many ways. We were proud to support more Mums than ever; 120 over 8 cohorts. Importantly, within 6 months of graduating from our core programme, 71% of our Mums are in either employment, volunteering or further training.

Read MoreWe are delighted to be able to share the very first Women's Work Lab Impact Report for 2020. Despite the numerous challenges that 2020 presented for so many we are extremely proud of the work we were able to do to support Mums back into the workplace.
