We’ve hit the 500th Mum milestone!

We are thrilled to announce we have hit the milestone figure of helping 500 Mums through our programmes. This means the world to us.

6 years ago, when the Women’s Work Lab was created, we set out as Mums to help other Mums. Little did we know just how much need there was - or just how quickly it would grow. The 500 Mums who’ve joined us on the programme have been 500 incredibly inspirational women.

The Co-Founders Camilla and Rachel said: “Reaching our 500th Mum milestone means the world to us. We are so proud to have been able to give our amazing Mums the much needed confidence boost and training to help them get back into work - and crucially to find jobs which work for them and their families. All too often Mums feel trapped and lost when it comes to re-entering the workplace after having children and we’re determined to tackle that. The Mums coming through our programme are incredible women - and there are many more Mums out there who need help.  We’re so excited to help the next 500 women and to grow even more”.

The latest figures show within 6 months of graduating from the Women's Work Lab programmes,  71% of Mums are in either employment, volunteering or further training.

To celebrate this milestone figure, we’ve been speaking to 5 Mums currently going through the programme:

Adele, South Gloucestershire

Amber, Taunton

Maria, South Gloucestershire

Sabrina, Bristol

Jasmine, Taunton
